Service

StoreQuill: Stock Alerts provides inventory monitoring, low-stock email alerts, forecasting, inventory updates, and related history for Shopify merchants. You are responsible for reviewing thresholds, recipients, locations, and inventory changes before relying on them.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify. The price, trial period, renewal interval, and plan limits shown in Shopify and StoreQuill: Stock Alerts apply to your subscription. You can change or cancel a paid plan inside the app. Cancellation stops future Shopify renewals without a prorated refund. StoreQuill: Stock Alerts keeps paid features available until the current paid period ends, then automatically applies the available Free plan limits.

Acceptable use

You must use StoreQuill: Stock Alerts lawfully, keep your Shopify account secure, provide email addresses you are authorized to notify, and avoid attempts to disrupt or misuse the service.

Availability and liability

StoreQuill: Stock Alerts is provided on an as-available basis. Inventory and email delivery can be affected by Shopify, network, hosting, or email-provider availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreQuill: Stock Alerts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
